Randy Fisher has been President of Von Deylen Plumbing and Heating, Inc. since May 1, 1979. Randy graduated from a local high school and has a business administration degree from Northwest State Community College, Archbold OH.  He currently holds State of Ohio licenses for Heating and Air Conditioning, Hydronics, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Electrical, Sprinklers, and Backflow Protection.  He is a member of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association at the local, state, and federal level.  His active involvement with other national organizations and equipment manufacturers helps keep him on the cutting edge of advancing technologies.

Over the years, Randy has enjoyed serving his community by being actively involved on the Napoleon Chamber of Commerce board of directors, his local church activities, as well as other community outreach programs.
